This game will be a real test. They are hard to beat at the SCG. And they are in great form.
As long as we can be competitive it will please me.
A real test for the younger guys, against tough hardened bodies like the Swans.I know that the boys will be looking forward to taking on the challenge.

29 = 353.

Improver one,Taylin Duman.

Improver two, Brett Bewley.
Smokey, Tobe Watson.

Oh boy!  The team most likely to bust into the top 4!  A big ask of our emerging team, but will be interesting how they approach the challenge.  Like Anchorman says, as long as we can be competitive.

We'll be on Frosty's turf!!  Wonder whether Frosty will wear the royal purple to work whilst looking after the Swans members?  [wink]

Vivian, frosty will be dressed in the purple training guernsey on Saturday, and he will be a patron only for the day. This is billed as frosty's day out. I wont cop any flack, everyone's gotta come back in 2 weeks. Ha ha ha.

@Frosty29.  Glad the royal purple will be out in force in the SCG members enclosure, if only for a short while.
Was not asleep, just unable to send a reply earlier.

The 22 selected looks good on paper. Now will they try Taberner in the back half I wonder? Also doubt Fyfe will stay as FF for long unless he is playing sore.  But I think we will make a good showing of it and then Mrs Frosty and the offspring will have a good time at the footy!!!

Go Dockers.........show 'em we are Dynamite!!!

I'm not expecting a win today, but I am expecting to see more of the great progress we have been seeing from our youngsters this year. Sydney have settled and are now playing some very good football. They may well play in the GF again.

I really hope that Taberner goes well today. It's been a long time between drinks for him and he will be trying his heart out.

Wowee  @We Bleed Purple:  What a great renewed way of sending emails to tell us a new message has been posted on topics we subscribe to!  And only 13 mins after PH posted his message.  I had to take a second look to verify who the message was from.

Well done WBP!  Very Professional! Always modernising this great site!

Geez never saw that coming.

Absolute shocker!!! We looked tired and unco-ordinated. Our seniors were way off today. It just shows you how quickly we fall into a hole (abyss) when that happens. It was painful watching it.

Definitely one to forget.

One step forward then 10 steps back, to say I'm disgusted is an understatement. Can't wait for the season to finish.

When your down your really down.   Not blaming the umpires but they made some woeful  decisions at times, we would be penalized for one thing and Sydney were not for the same thing.
But what did it matter at the end of the day, the end result was really embarrassing.
We have a long way to go and when we play a top team, it just shows how far away that is.

All I can say is, thank God the web site I was watching the game on crashed.

I was going to throw somthing at the screen.

Just found out the final score, if the first 10 minutes were anything to go by, I'm not surprised.

Fyfe looked like he was playing in pain again. All the young guys looked shattered. And that was in the first ten - I'm guessing it stayed pretty much the same.

Adam, the score a half time  was 1 goal 3 pts , the lowest score we have ever had  at that stage.
We were no match for them.  Sydney were far too strong for us.
I don't know if we will win another game this year, the only thing to take out of this is the lower we finish will help us with early picks.
Not good for the old morale is it ?
