The word in the media is that Lauchie Neale will more than likely miss the Richmond game. He's pulled up sore apparently, and not expected to come up.

That might explain why he clocked up a single digit number of disposals in the Sydney game. It was so out of character for him and he certainly looked out of sorts. It was baffling really.

On a different note I'm trying to keep a lid on my excitement about Harley playing his first game for us on Sunday.

I hope we get a good turnout at the game to give Harley a good old Freo welcome roar when he runs out.

I also hope we have a good turnout so we can all say farewell to Subiaco Oval.

What a day it will be for the purple supporters!  Harley in the purple, with all his team mates, finally!  And Virgin giving away trips to Melbourne and the club has special price plans for the young kids.  It's an all out bonanza before the ball has been bounced.

Strangely though, in our last 5 encounters, the Dockers have won at the MCG and Richmond have won at Subi.  Time to change the order of things With the Dockers surprising the tipsters with a win at home!

GO DOCKERS!!

That would be a perfect end to an era,[wave] to turn  it on with a win.  Now that would be something.

Does anyone want to make a bet that Richmond will try and shut down Mundy very early in the piece. They just wouldn't be able to take it if the game once again came down to a single kick after the siren by you know who.

I suspect Tiger fans are still reeling from the result of our last meeting.

I just can't think about too much else but the momentous occasion of our last AFL game being played at Domain and the long awaited debut of Harley Bennell for the Dockers.

I'm not expecting anything spectacular from him (two years out of the game is a long time), I'm just over the moon to be able to see him play for us.

A win would be nice, but I have pretty low expectations of that happening DF. After the game against Sydney, it is blatantly obvious that we still have a very long road ahead before we can match it with the best.

You may as well throw all the names at the magnet board and where ever they land just play them there.

That's about how interested I am in this game and the last game at Subiaco does nothing to draw me to it.

I have a funny feeling we may see at least one more new name ,besides Harley, this week.Maybe a look at Taylin Duman. Apparently he was good for Peel last week.A dfefender at 192 (6'3) and 73 kgs he may get a look in either this week or next.

2x25=Seinor&Michael.

29 = 353.

Improver one,Taylin Duman.

Improver two, Brett Bewley.
Smokey, Tobe Watson.

Yes you're right anchor it's looking very likely that we will see Taylin play this season.

I must confess I don't know anything about him other than he is on our books. I don't even know what position he usually plays at Peel, but obviously he has been playing really well to be considered by Ross.

I suspect that he will debut next week rather than on Sunday though. It will be a case of Harley this week, Taylin next week.

Goby, you are still smarting from last week I think, we all hate it when we lose and the last one was really bad.   But try and buck up who knows what the end result will be with Richmond.

Goby, the Sydney game was most dispiriting, and with 3 of our best out (SonSon, Blakely, Neale) a win will be tough.  However Richmond is a chance to track how our up-and-comers continue to develop.

It's been so good to see Walters, Neale and then Blakely realise they could use their talents and exert a presence on the field. If our young ones take on Sunday's game with anything like their responsibility and intent I'll be happy. I reckon the penny is starting to drop with Ryan, Hughes, Tucker, Weller, Logue and Darcy, and Cam and Cox keep improving.

Also, Freo snatching a win against the Tiges last time should inspire more fight than the Sydney debacle where the boys looked defeated before they started. And Harley will be on the field, and though he's "neither a messiah nor just a very naughty boy" it'll be good to cheer one of our own who's done it tough.

Gotta watch this game. A week's a long time during a re-build.
