🏉 is back. Well the NRL is and it seems that they must have had great ratings from viewers over the come back period.Well done to them, they took the bull by the horns and took the chance.
Was it right!!! who knows, but VLandy took the gamble.I have to say that there is something about the fella I don't like. But he had the balls to challenge the odds and won.Full marks to him and RL.🙌🙌🙌🙌👍.
Our football will be back next week.I am not sure just how I feel about it right now, but I guess as the day draws closer, I will get the feel for the game again.
It does not seem like a real season so far.A full pre season, then one game.STOP. âœ‹âœ‹
Everything stopped for a long period of time.I believe the AFL did the right thing in stopping the game. But now how do they get it up and running again like nothing happened.
High performance villages, will be the go for at least four weeks. After that... who knows.
I will have to do some research about the whose in and whose out to begin my weekly article.I look forward to doing that at least.
bring on the footy.
Also Netball looks like coming out as well.I am sure the girls will be happy with that.Like the AFL, I think they are uncertain as to how things will run.I heard that the local team the Fever, will be in a hub, like the AFL players.Welcome back and good luck girls.🏀🏀🏀.
The English Premier league looks like returning soon as well. Now not a fan, but good luck to them,I hope it can all go well without a hiccup.🏐🏐🏐
🏏 is still up in the air, and nobody seems to know just what will happen with Australia due to host India and Afghanistan in test series. Also they will host the T20 world cup.... if the borders are opened.Good luck.I hope we see some cricket later in the year.
🏇🏇🏇🏇🏇 has not had a break and have been galloping without crowds.Maybe with some lifting of sanctions, they like so many sports will allow a few punters in at a time over the weeks to come.
Boxing it seem will make a come back in the US.Two Aussie brother , twins, Andrew and Jason Maloney will be appearing on separate cards in a few weeks.Love my boxing and like to watch these two boys.Good luck fellas.
We here in WA have been pretty fortunate I reckon. Not going to go into the politics of things, but it seems that it has been very well handled by all.
Things are slowly opening up for us.We can travel within the State now.Opening up the State to those who are travellers.
Restaurants opening, slowly getting back to somewhere what we knew.Pubs a heading in the same direction.Changing next week from having to sit and have a meal to get a beer or two... or three... or four.
So much to take in for us all to take in.I just wonder what the new " Normal" will be.
But sport is back, well getting close to back, and I am sure that that will please almost all.
Enjoy your new freedom my Purple friends, but be safe.We are not out of the woods just yet.
🏂🏃🏄🏇🏇🏉🏊🏋🏌🏏🏐🏑🏒🏓🏖,I hope you can find at least one of these to help you out of the blues. And speaking of the blues.....🎵🎶🎷🎸🎹🎺🎺🎼.
Sorry for all the Emojis, but just found them😄😆😆

Yes anchor, sport is finally making its way back.  Whether you’re a player or a spectator, sport is such a big part of our lives and our Australian culture.  Now it’s only one week out for us AFL fans.

Speaking for myself, this whole lock down episode has certainly changed my perspective about a lot of things.  We don’t realise how much we tend to take things for granted until they’re taken away from us.  I have a renewed appreciation for a lot of things now.

It’s interesting what Fyfe has said about the impact of the lock down on players.  He believes it has enabled players to get to know one another better.  That has to be a good thing.  However, the downside is that it has meant that they haven’t had the opportunity to practise JLo’s game plan together.  Contrast that with the clubs who have been playing under the same coach e.g. Clarkson for years and who would be very familiar with the game plan.   Anyway, we’re not expecting things to gel over night.

I think most Docker fans are just hoping to see some real improvement in our skills and some decent passages of play.

Some wins on the board, of course, will also be greatly appreciated 😎
